Why wait until after dinner and announcements to have a live band on stage? How much more exciting for your guests to see and hear the band on stage throughout the entire event?

Here’s an example of a truly exceptional evening:

  1. As the guests arrive, the band plays a couple of up-beat songs to set the tone of the evening.
  2. Once guests are seated, the band then reconfigures to a smaller ensemble.
  3. During dinner, the JAVA Jazz Trio plays their smooth blend of dinner music.
  4. As introductions and announcements are made, the newly configured 5-piece band plays short “stings” as the speaker walks to and from stage.
  5. When it’s time to dance, the entire band reforms on stage and plays their best high-energy dance music to get the party started.
